What employers can and can't see about you

It helps to know what an employer sees when they come across your profile or your application.

Employers can see

• Your match score and a breakdown of how you fit the role.
• Your structured profile — skills, education, work history and cover letter.
• Where you meet or miss the role's requirements.

Employers cannot see (until later, or at all)

• Your video answers — these stay private until an employer advances you to their review stage.
• Your contact details — your verified email, phone, CV file, portfolio and references are protected until an employer chooses to unlock them.
• Your profile if you have set it to private and have not applied to them.
