You may notice that you score differently for two roles — even two similar roles, or two roles at the same employer. This is intentional and correct.
Why it happens
- Every employer decides what matters most for each role. One might weight experience heavily; another might prioritise languages or location.
- The same job title can be a genuinely different job depending on the property. A receptionist at a large business hotel and a receptionist at a small luxury property need different strengths.
- Because the priorities differ, the same profile can be a strong fit for one role and a weaker fit for another.
