Every job shows a match out of 5 — a simple, at-a-glance measure of how well you fit that role. You see it the moment you view a job, before you apply, so you can focus your energy where it counts.
What the numbers mean
- 3 out of 5 — a possible fit.
- 4 out of 5 — a good match.
- 5 out of 5 — an excellent match.
What your score is built from
Your match looks at several things, each considered on its own and then combined:
- Skills — measured against what the role needs.
- Experience — not just years, but the right kind of experience for the role (for example fine dining versus high-volume).
- Education.
- Location and work rights — including whether you can legally work where the role is.
- Languages.
| Good to know Your match score only appears once your profile is complete (Video Interviews optional). If you are not seeing scores, finish your profile first — see “Why profile completion matters”. |
