Paathz shows your profile strength as a percentage, alongside a checklist of what's done and what's left. The more complete your profile, the better Paathz can match you — and the more visible you are to employers.
Two views of the same thing
- Profile strength — a percentage shown at the top of your profile and on your home screen (for example, 86% with one section remaining).
- Profile checklist — a tick-list of profile items showing how many you have done and how many are left, so you know exactly what to do next.
- Often the one remaining item is your Video Q&A — the single quickest way to push your strength up.
What an incomplete profile costs you
- Match scores may not appear — a score needs a complete profile to be accurate.
- Lower visibility — employers searching for talent are more likely to find complete profiles.
- Weaker matches — missing work history, education or skills can pull your scores down on roles you would actually be great for.
If you try to apply with an incomplete profile, you'll see a gentle warning explaining that finishing it improves your match score and visibility. You can still apply, but completing it first is almost always worth it.
| Good to know Seeing low match scores across lots of roles? An incomplete profile is by far the most common reason. Fill the gaps in your checklist and your scores improve on your next session. |
