The steps to a complete profile

Building your profile follows a short, guided set of steps. You can record your video at the start or the end — it is encouraged but never required.

• Your CV — upload it (PDF, DOC or DOCX, up to 10MB) so Paathz can read your roles, skills and experience.
• Cover letter — add one if you would like to (optional).
• Identity — confirm you are a real person.
• Nationality and work rights — tell us where you can legally work, including any visas.
• Video answers — record short answers to a few role-relevant questions (optional, but they help employers get to know you).

As you complete each step, a completion bar on your home screen shows how far along you are and nudges you to finish.
