Your job preferences: preferred roles, departments and dream brands

Beyond what you have done, Paathz lets you tell it what you want next — and it uses this to shape the roles you see and how you rank for employers.

Preferred roles (ranked)

• Add the roles you want to work in and rank them in order of preference — first choice, second choice, and so on.
• Ranking helps Paathz surface the roles you most want at the top of what you see.

Preferred departments

• Tell Paathz where you see yourself working — for example Spa & Wellness, Front Office, Housekeeping or F&B.
• This focuses your matches on the part of hospitality you actually want to be in.

Dream brands

• Add the hotels, groups or restaurant brands you would love to work for.
• Paathz prioritises these in your matches, so roles at your dream brands are more likely to surface for you.
• Dream brands are about where you want to go — separate from the brand experience you list in your work history, which is where you have already been.
