Paathz uses a structured list of hospitality roles. It is broad, but if your exact job title isn't there, you are never blocked.

• Start typing your role — Paathz suggests the closest existing matches as you type.
• If one of those fits, choose it.
• If none fit exactly, choose the option to suggest a new role.
• Fill in the short form: your role name, the closest existing role, the department and a brief description.
• Submit it. In the meantime, Paathz uses the closest matching role so you keep matching.
