Work history and education

• Add each role with the company, dates and a few bullet points on what you achieved — specifics like '4.9/5 guest satisfaction across 300+ treatments' stand out far more than a job title alone.
• Add your education, diplomas and training, with the institution and years where you have them.

Skills and certifications

• Add the hospitality skills you have from the Paathz list; Paathz also detects more from your CV and videos.
• Add qualifications relevant to your roles — a wine qualification for sommelier work, a safety or first-aid certificate, an accredited diploma.
• Some roles treat certain certifications as essential, so listing yours can be the difference in a match.
