I can't see my match scores

Match scores appear only once your profile is complete. Check your completion bar and fill in any missing steps.

My match scores seem low everywhere

An incomplete profile is the most common cause. Add your work history, education and skills, then check again on your next session.

My video won't upload

Uploads can fail on a weak connection. Use Retry, or choose Save for later and upload on Wi-Fi. Your recording is kept safe on your device. See “My video upload failed”.

A job I passed on disappeared

Roles you pass on are set aside for about a week and can be found in your history. They may reappear later if still open.

I can't reapply to a role

There is a roughly one-month cooldown on reapplying to the same role after a rejection or withdrawal. You can apply to other roles at the same company straight away.

A page is loading slowly

Try refreshing, check your internet connection, and make sure your browser or app is up to date. If a platform-wide maintenance banner is showing, the issue is temporary.
