A rejection is never easy, but on Paathz it comes with information you can use. When an employer rejects an application, they provide a reason, and you can see it.
What you can see
- The employer's reason for the decision.
- A match-score breakdown showing how you scored on things like location, experience and skills — so you can see where the gap was.
- Suggestions to improve your matches, such as widening your location radius or looking at roles marked welcoming to your experience level.
Turning it into better matches
Use the breakdown to adjust your search and profile. Candidates who widen their location, add missing experience or refine their saved searches often start seeing higher matches quickly.
