Your dashboard shows every application and where it stands, so you always know what is happening.

The stages you may see

New — your application has been received.
Reviewing — the employer is looking at your profile.
Interviewing — you have progressed to interview.
Offer — an offer is on the table.
Hired — you got the role.
Rejected — the employer has decided not to proceed (see “Understanding a rejection”).

Good to know If a role is filled by someone else, you may see your application close automatically with a note that the position has been filled. This is normal and keeps your dashboard accurate.
