If you've found a job elsewhere or simply want to leave, you can delete your account. Before you confirm, Paathz gives you the chance to download your data.
How to delete your account
- Go to Settings and choose Delete account.
- Take the offer to download your data first if you want a copy.
- Read the summary of what deletion does.
- Confirm, and enter your password to verify it's really you.
What happens when you delete
- Your profile and video answers are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Your active applications are withdrawn — employers see these as 'Candidate withdrew'.
- For compliance, any message history is preserved but you appear as 'Deleted user'.
- You receive a confirmation email once your account is deleted.
